Our industry experience
Our connections in the creative
industries go back to 1997, added to over 12 years
recruiting experience in commerce up to Board level.
Added to that, qualifications and training in marketing,
design, and general business.Our offices in West Bridgford, close to
Nottingham city-centre, are ideally placed for us to
service the East Midlands from both a candidate and
client perspective, as well as keeping up-to-date with
local issues that may affect the creative and marketing
sectors.If we didn't like the industry sectors that we recruit for, we wouldn't do it!

How we work
You will find us refreshingly non
'hard-sell'. We don't operate a 'backsides to clients’
seats quota' and we don't have commission - driven
consultants twisting arms up backs.
For clients, this means you'll see a select number of
candidates that fit your vacancy requirements, and for
those seeking a new job, it means that we won't be
sending you for a dozen separate job interviews, when
perhaps 1 or 2 will enable you to start that new career.
For both client/employer and candidate/ employee we
work as flexibly as possible; we're not formulaic in our
approach to any part of the interview or selection
process, but work on a horses-for-courses basis for each
individual that we meet, and each job vacancy that a
client entrusts to us. In our market sector, you're only as good
as your last job, that's why we always go the extra mile
for both clients and candidates.
What we do for you: finding that job; filling that job
Okay, so you’ve got this
far. You're either a candidate seeking a new job, or a
perspective new client seeking the services of a
recruitment agency. What can you expect from
us? For starters, we work as bespokely as possible, for whatever side of the fence you
are on, be it : agency-side or client-side, employer or job seeker.
We do, of
course, ensure that ‘all boxes are ticked’; because
recruiting a new employee and making a career move
should be a pleasure, not a gamble.
What we don't do is try and press-gang people or sell anyone anything.
