How we work

You will find us refreshingly non 'hard-sell'. We don't operate a 'backsides to clients’ seats quota' and we don't have commission - driven consultants pressuring either party.

For clients, this means you'll see a select number of candidates that fit your vacancy requirements, and for those seeking a new job, it means that we won't be sending you for a dozen separate job interviews, when perhaps 1 or 2 will enable you to start that new career.

For both client/employer and candidate/ employee we work as flexibly as possible; we're not formulaic in our approach to any part of the interview or selection process, but work on a horses-for-courses basis for each individual that we meet, and each job vacancy that a client entrusts to us.
